This IDE to Slim ATAPI or IDE Optical Drive Adapter lets you connect any slimline IDE-based optical drive to a computer using an IDE cable The adapter features a 40 pin IDE data connector for connection to the host computer, Power, and two CD Audio connections, as well as a 50-pin ATAPI device connector for slim IDE drives.
